18 Further provisions with respect to shared ownership leases. E+W

The provisions of Schedule 4 have effect to exclude certain shared ownership leases from the operation of the provisions of—

(a) the M1 Rent Act 1977 and the M2 Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976, and

(b) Part I of the M3 Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (right of long leaseholder to enfranchisement or extension of lease).
