1 Benefices held in plurality. U.K.

Section 23 of the M1 Marriage Act 1949 (benefices held in plurailty) shall extend to Wales with the omission of the words “under the Pastoral Reorganisation Measure, 1949,” and accordingly Schedule 6 to that Act (which specifies provisions of the Act which do not extend to Wales) shall be amended by the omission of the reference to that section.
