In accordance with regulations made by the Board, a person who is a participator in two or more fields may nominate a proposed sale, supply or appropriation of oil which is blended oil, within the meaning of section 63 of this Act; and the preceding provisions of this Schedule shall have effect in relation to such a nomination subject to such modifications as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Board.
