This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).

12(1)In section 168 of the 1984 Act (unquoted shares and securities) in subsection (1) before the word "securities" where it first occurs, there shall be inserted "unquoted".

(2)Subsection (2) of that section shall be omitted.
