(1)Any power to make an order or regulations under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)Any statutory instrument containing such an order or regulations (except an order made under section 1 [F1to which subsection (8) of that section applies] or an order made under section 33 below) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
