8(1)Any institution which is for the time being authorised under section 3 or 4 of the M1Insurance Companies Act 1982 to carry on insurance business of a class specified in Schedule 1 or 2 to that Act.
(2)This paragraph applies only to the acceptance of deposits in the course of carrying on the authorised insurance business.
