SCHEDULE 6 Minor and Consequential Amendments

The Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985

20 In section 73(1) of the [1985 c. 66.] Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 for the definition of "appropriate bank or institution" there shall be substituted the following—

• “"appropriate bank or institution" means the Bank of England, an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987 or a person for the time being specified in Schedule 2 to that Act;”.
