The Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985
23(1)In the definition of "authorised bank" in Article 2(2) of the [S.I. 1985/1205 (N.I. 12).] Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—
“(a)
an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987 or a municipal bank within the meaning of that Act;”.
(2)In Article 25 of that Order for paragraphs (2) and (3) there shall be substituted—
“(2)In this Article and Article 26 "deposit" has the meaning given in section 5 of the Banking Act 1987”:
