Acquisition and disposal of land S

16 Disposal of land for erection of churches, etc. S

Where a local authority, in the exercise of any power conferred on them by this Act, dispose of land to any person for the erection of a church or other building for religious worship or buildings ancillary thereto, then, unless the parties otherwise agree, such disposal shall be by way of [F1 disposition].
