28 (1) In section 1(1) of the Coal Industry Act 1975 for the words “National Coal Board (in this Act referred to as “the Board”)” there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation (in this Act referred to as “the Corporation”)”. U.K.

(2) For the words “Board” and “Board’s” wherever they occur in that Act (except in sections 1(4) F1 . . . there shall be substituted the words “Corporation” and “Corporation’s”.
