41 U.K. In section 3 of the Coal Industry Act 1982 for the words “Board” and “Board’s” wherever they occur there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation’s” and in section 5 of that Act for the definition of “the Board” there shall be substituted_

““the Corporation” means the British Coal Corporation”.
