The M1Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946U.K.
1(1)In section 1(1) and (2) of the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946 for the words “National Coal Board” and “the Board” there shall be substituted respectively the words “British Coal Corporation” and “the Corporation”.U.K.
(2)In section 2(1) of that Act for the words “The Board” and “National Coal Board” there shall be substituted respectively the words “The Corporation” and “British Coal Corporation”.
(3)For the word “Board” wherever it occurs in sections 1(3) and (4), 2(2) to (8), 3, 4, 27, 28, 29(2), F1. . . F1 31, F1. . .37, F1. . ., 46 to 54 and 64(9) of and Schedule 2A to that Act F1. . . there shall be substituted the word “Corporation”.
(4)In sections F1. . .37 and 46 of that Act for the word “Board’s” wherever it occurs there shall be substituted the word “Corporation’s”.
