In section 4 of the Coal Industry Act 1967—
a
for the word “Board” where it first occurs there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation”;
b
for the word “Board” in the second and third place where it occurs and the word “Board's” there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation's”.
