18(1)In sections 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Coal Industry Act 1971 for the words “Board” and “Board’s” wherever they occur there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation’s”.
(2)In section 10(3) of that Act for the definition of “the Board” there shall be substituted—
““the Corporation” means the British Coal Corporation”.
