36 U.K. In subsection (1) of section 2 of the Coal Industry Act 1980 for the word “Board” there shall be substituted the words “the British Coal Corporation” and in subsections (2) and (3) of that section for that word wherever it occurs there shall be substituted the word “Corporation”.
