In subsections (3)(b) and (4) of section 140 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 for the words “National Coal Board” there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation” and in the said subsection (3)(b) for the word “Board's” there shall be substituted the word “Corporation's”.
