SCHEDULE 4 E+W CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

3 E+W In Schedule 13 (provisions with respect to residuary bodies)—

(a) in paragraph 24—

(i) omit “and” in the second place where it occurs, and

(ii) at the end add “ , andparagraph 9(1) of the Schedule. ”; and

(b) at the end add—

“26 A residuary body shall be included among the bodies specified in section 58(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.”
