6 U.K. The references to the Management and Personnel Office and the Treasury do not include the Cabinet Office, but subject to that include the subordinate departments of the Management and Personnel Office and of the Treasury and the office of any Minister whose expenses are defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament for service of the Management and Personnel Office or the Treasury.
