SCHEDULE 2 U.K. MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Family Law Act 1986 (c.55) E+W

[F1 94 In section 1 of the Family Law Act 1986—

(a) in subsection (1)(a)(i) for the words “section 9(1), 10(1)(a), 11(a)” there shall be substituted the words “section 9, 10” and for the words “section 2(4)(b) or 2(5)” there shall be substituted the words “section 2(4) or (5)(a)”;

(b) in subsection (1)(a)(iv) for the words “section 2(4)(b)” there shall be substituted the words “section 2(4)”;

(c) in subsection (4)(a) for the words “sections 9(1)” there shall be substituted the words “sections 9”]

96 E+W At the end of section 60(2)(c) of that Act (supplementary provisions as to declarations) there shall be added the words “ and on persons who may be affected by any declaration applied for ”.
