At the end of section 33 of the Trustee Act 1925 there shall be added the following subsection—

“(4)

In relation to the dispositions mentioned in section 19(1) of the Family Law Reform Act 1987, this section shall have effect as if any reference (however expressed) to any relationship between two persons were construed in accordance with section 1 of that Act.”
