SCHEDULE 2 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS
The Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 (c.22)

In section 32 of that Act, for subsection (1) there shall be substituted the following subsection—
“(1)
An order for the payment of money made by a magistrates’ court under this Part of this Act shall be enforceable as a magistrates’ court maintenance order.”
