The Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978 (c.22) E+W

70 E+W In section 32 of that Act, for subsection (1) there shall be substituted the following subsection—

“(1) An order for the payment of money made by a magistrates’ court under this Part of this Act shall be enforceable as a magistrates’ court maintenance order.”
