The Local Government (Scotland) Act 1966 (c.51)

In section 46(1) of the 1966 Act (which defines terms used in the Act),—

a

for the definition of “rate” substitute—

“rate” means the non-domestic rate;

b

in the definition of “Valuation Acts”—

i

the word “and” shall be omitted, and

ii

at the end there shall be inserted the words “any other enactment relating to valuation”.
