Subject to paragraphs 7 and 8 above, the provisions of Part II of and F2Schedules 1A and 2 to this Act shall have effect, subject to such adaptations, exceptions and modifications as may be prescribed, in relation to the community water charges as they have effect in relation to the corresponding community charges.
