693 Severance of settled property for certain purposes.U.K.
M1Where settled property in respect of which a Schedule 4 direction has effect constitutes part only of the property comprised in a settlement, it and the other property shall be treated as comprised in separate settlements for the purposes of sections 27 and 380 to 387 and this Part.
