SCHEDULE 3 E+W CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Air Force Act 1955 (c.19) E+W

9 E+W In section 128(2) of the Air Force Act 1955, for the words “The Coroners Acts 1887 to 1926” there shall be substituted the words “ The Coroners Act 1988 ”.

10 E+W In section 212(5) of that Act, for the words “the Coroners Acts 1887 to 1926” there shall be substituted the words “ the Coroners Act 1988 ”.

11 E+W In section 213(5) of that Act, for the words “the Coroners Acts 1887 to 1926” there shall be substituted the words “ the Coroners Act 1988 ”.
