In subsection (2) of section 19 of the Juries Act 1974, for the words “the Coroners Act 1887, as amended by this Act” there shall be substituted the words “
the Coroners Act 1988
”
.
(2)
In subsection (5) of that section for the words “the Coroners Act 1887” there shall be substituted the words “
the Coroners Act 1988
”
