This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)Without prejudice to any power conferred on the court otherwise than by virtue of this section, the court shall have power, on an application to which this section applies, to grant any such interlocutory relief or, in Scotland, any such interim order as it considers appropriate.
(2)This section applies to any application to the court under section 1, 6, 9 or 16 above and to any application to the court under section 5 of the 1984 Act (remedy for failure to comply with Part I of that Act).
