In subsection (11) of section 22 of that Act (power of Secretary of State to set time limits in relation to preliminary steps of criminal proceedings), at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of “custody of the Crown Court" there shall be added“or

section 5(3)(a) of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (custody after transfer order in fraud case);”
