SCHEDULE 3 E+W+N.I. Reviews of Sentencing—Supplementary

4 E+W+N.I.An application to the Court of Appeal for leave to refer a case to the [F1 Supreme Court] under section 36(5) above shall be made within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which the Court of Appeal conclude their review of the case; and an application to the [F1 Supreme Court] for leave shall be made within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which the Court of Appeal conclude their review or refuse leave to refer the case to the [F1 Supreme Court] .
