SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Minor and Consequential Amendments

Housing Act 1985 (c. 68) U.K.

20 In section 170(5) of the Housing Act 1985—

(a) for the words “Legal Aid Act 1974 ” there shall be substituted the words “Legal Aid Act 1988 ”; and

(b) for the words “into the legal aid fund ” there shall be substituted the words “to the Legal Aid Board ”.
