11Until the repeal of the M1Affiliation Proceedings Act 1957 by the M2Family Law Reform Act 1987 takes effect, Schedule 2 to this Act shall be taken to include proceedings in the Crown Court or a magistrates’ court for or in relation to an affiliation order within the meaning of the Affiliation Proceedings Act 1957.
