Appeal against cancellation or refusal to registerE+W
[F16(1)Any person who is aggrieved by the Authority’s refusal to register a pleasure craft under the byelaws or by the cancellation of such registration may appeal to a magistrates’ court.E+W
(2)On an appeal to it under this paragraph the court may dismiss the appeal or give such direction to the Authority as it thinks fit.
(3)On such an appeal the decision of the court shall be final.]
