The chairman of the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority, or a representative of his, shall be entitled to attend and take part in deliberations (but not in decisions) at meetings of the F2Authorityor any committee of the F3Authority.

The F4Authority shall provide the chairman of the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority with such copies of any documents distributed to members of the F5Authority or of any such committee as he may require.
