Amendment of paragraphs 1 to 3E+W
4E+WThe Secretary of State may by order amend paragraphs 1 to 3 above except so far as they apply for determining an institution’s full-time equivalent enrolment number for any courses or (as the case may be) an institution’s total full-time equivalent enrolment number on 1st November 1985.
