Reorganisation of provision of education in inner London
162 Abolition of ILEA.
1
On 1st April 1990 the following shall cease to exist—
a
the Inner London Education Authority (in this Part referred to as “ILEA”) and any education committee established by that Authority; and
b
the Inner London Education Area.

That date is in this Part referred to as the “abolition date”.
