1 [F1 (1)] This Part of this Schedule has effect to determine the non-domestic rating multiplier [F2 and, in relation to England, the small business non-domestic rating multiplier ] for each chargeable financial year. E+W

[F3 (2) In this Part of this Schedule “the Assembly” means the National Assembly for Wales.]
