Where a contribution in aid of non-domestic rating is made in respect of a F2hereditament which is exempt from local non-domestic rating by virtue of paragraph 19A of Schedule 5 below (property occupied for purposes of visiting forces etc.), the contribution shall be paid to the Secretary of State.
