In section 65(1) (interpretation)—
a
after the definition of “advocate” there shall be inserted the following definition—
“building society” means a building society within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986;
b
in the definition of “client account”, after the words “savings account” there shall be inserted the words “
at a bank or with a building society
”
