In section 281 (effect of repurchase on certain existing tenancies) in subsection (2)(b) for the words “34(1)(d) of the Tenants’ Rights, Etc (Scotland) Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “ 9(1)(d) of the M1Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 ”.
