In section 281 (effect of repurchase on certain existing tenancies) in subsection (2)(b) for the words “34(1)(d) of the Tenants' Rights, Etc (Scotland) Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “9(1)(d) of the [1984 c. 58.] Rent (Scotland) Act 1984”.
