8 U.K. In section 15(1) of the M1 Registered Designs Act 1949 (power to make rules empowering registrar to extend time for applications under s.14) for “the Board of Trade are satisfied” substitute “ the Secretary of State is satisfied ” and for “they” substitute “ he ”.
