SCHEDULE 1 Tenancies Which Cannot be Assured Tenancies

Transitional cases

(1)
A protected tenancy, within the meaning of the M1Rent Act 1977.
(2)
A housing association tenancy, within the meaning of Part VI of that Act.
(3)
A secure tenancy.
(4)
Where a person is a protected occupier of a dwelling-house, within the meaning of the M2Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976, the relevant tenancy, within the meaning of that Act, by virtue of which he occupies the dwelling-house.
