SCHEDULE 10 E+W Housing Action Trusts: Land

Part I E+W Modifications of Acquisition of Land Act 1981

1 E+WThe M1 Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (in this Part referred to as “the 1981 Act”) shall apply in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land under section 77 of this Act with the modifications made by this Part of this Schedule.
