In section 192 (power to purchase houses found on appeal to be unfit etc.), in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “the house”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted “the dwelling-house”.

In subsection (3) of that section for the words “the house” there shall be substituted “the dwelling-house or part of the building in question”.

In subsection (4) of that section for the words “the house” there shall be substituted “the dwelling-house”.
