The Landlord and Tenant Act 1987E+W+S

114E+W+SIn section 58(1) of the M1Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (exempt landlords) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(ea)Housing for Wales”.
