26E+W+SIn section 7 of the M1Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (service of notices), in subsection (3)(c) (certain licensors treated as landlords for the purposes of the section) the words “under a restricted contract (within the meaning of the Rent Act 1977)” shall be omitted.
