42E+W+SIn section 171F of that Act (subsequent dealings after disposal of dwelling-house to private sector landlord: possession on grounds of suitable alternative accommodation) after “Rent Act 1977” there shall be inserted “ “or on Ground 9 in Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988 ”.
