59E+W+SIn section 533 of that Act (assistance for owners of defective housing: exceptions to eligibility) after the words “Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976” there shall be inserted “ “or who occupies the dwelling under an assured agricultural occupancy which is not an assured tenancy ”.
