70 E+W+S In Schedule 5 to that Act (notice to quit where tenant is a service man), in paragraph 2(2)(a) after the words “Rent Act 1977” there shall be inserted “ “or paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 ”.
